Red-eyed Tree Frog

The red-eyed tree frog is one of the most striking frogs in the rainforests of Costa Rica. I was able to photograph this particular tree frog during an evening walk around the lodge I was staying in. The tree frogs make a loud sound and once you're tuned to their call, it's easy to find them. For this particular image I used a diffused LED light mounted on my camera.
